My Story

My name is Gurmeet. I came from India. I am married with my husband Satwinder. He works at a fast food restaurant called Subway. I am forty-one years old. I came to the U.S.A on November 25,1996. I am a housewife. My birth date is March 2,1961. I have two sons. One is 12 years old and in 7^th grade. The other one is 15 years old and in 9^th grade. My husband came to America in 1990. Then my sons and I went to America. We first moved in at Burien. In Burien we didn’t have a good apartment and no good school for my sons. So we moved to Redmond. In Redmond it was great so we lived there for a long time. There the Schools were really good for my sons. Then we wanted a house so we moved to Auburn. That’s where we live now. The Schools are really good. I have E S L classes. I have one brother. He lives in Canada. My father and mother live in India.
