MAYA RUINS IN GUATEMALA
My own Story about Mayan Tikal Ruins in Guatemala
When I was about 16 years old, the college where I was a boarding student had a trip to the Tikal Ruins that I went on. It was my first visit to Tikal. I climbed to the top of the highest temple called “The Temple of the Great Jaguar”. It was a very fun trip for me.
I have been there three times. The last time that I visited Tikal was in 1999. They were reconstructing the highest temple. No body could climb it. I don’t know how is now. Maybe the reconstruction is finished.
