My name is Mohammed Tuffa and I am from Oromia. Oromia is located on the Horn of Africa, in what is today Ethiopia. I was born in the Aris Assiss Region in 1978. I left my country because there was a war between Oromia and Ethiopia. I am from a large family, but I came to the United States with only my sister in 1992. I was living with my sister when I was in high school. I graduated from Franklin High school in Seattle, WA in 1996. Some of my family came to the US two years ago and we all live in Seattle. My hobby is sports. I like to play soccer and basketball. I also like to run and do gymnastics. Now I am a student at Green River Community College and I have many thoughts about my future. I thank God for everything that He has done for me. God is a great.
