What is the value of immigration to America?

From many decades immigrations has existed in America and this has made the country change in different ways. People came as slaves or may be rich people came to become richer. Now, everyday immigrants come to America to have a better style of life and most of these immigrants are young people with full of energy and ambition.

The INS of the United States, after September 11, put more restrictions on immigrants because Americans are afraid of other attacks. However it’s a little bit difficult to have an excellent control on immigrations because each minute immigrants come to America by air, sea or land. However it’s a good idea because there are bad people that come to put the country in danger. However not everybody is bad, most of the immigrants come here with good intentions and with good expectations for their lives.

To America, in some way, is good to have immigrants because these people come here to do whatever to improve their lives and they can get some hard work for less salary than American people. Also, some immigrants have good education and come here to put some business that contribute to the economy of the country and give opportunity to American people to get jobs. Maybe these immigrants can open a restaurant offering food from there country. This makes American people can know how is the food from other countries.

In some sport games, the teams take people from other countries to play for them. For example, in soccer most of the players are Hispanic or European and this give you a better game to watch. Also, some good players that won a lot of competitions for the United States are people whose parents were immigrants.

In these days, the population of America is changing very much. We can see that maybe the fourth or fifth part of the population in America is immigrants. This situation is changing the country in many ways because in the streets we can see many people from different ethnicities and races. Also many children that born here from immigrants’ parents are American citizens, but with different backgrounds from other American people.

If immigrations doesn’t exists in any country, I think that it’s not complete. Each country needs people from different places so they can improve in many ways. In this case, for America, immigration is good and they also need it because it’s a big country that needs a lot of people.
