My story

My name is Nikolay. I was born in Vasilevka, Ukraine. I have two brothers and seven sisters. They live in Ukraine.
     I started school when I was six years old. I went to public school for twelve years. I graduated from high school in 1984 in Vasilevka, Ukraine. Then I served in the Ukrainian Army from 1984 to 1986. There I worked as a crane operator. From 1986 to 2000, I held positions as a crane operator, truck driver and carpenter. I have visited Romania and Bulgaria.
     I got married in1988. My wife is a wonderful wife and a mother. We have three nice sons and a beautiful daughter. The boys are elementary school students. All of my family speak three languages; Russian, Bulgarian and limited English.
     In 1999, I decided to move to the U.S. I came to the U.S. with all my family in September 2000. Now, I live in Auburn, Washington. I am a student at Green River Community College. I’m taking Technology Assisted Language Learning class, ESL Conversation and Grammar classes. I work very hard because I want to find a good job.
  
   I like to travel, to play soccer and basketball. Also I like to fish.
