How To Add A Picture To Word Processing

 

  1. Open your Word Processing document.

 

  1. Access your disk by clicking Start and then Floppy A.

 

  1. Double click to open your picture.

 

  1. Choose Edit and click on Select All

 

  1. Choose Edit again and click on Copy

 

  1. At the bottom of your screen click on the Word Processing document to change screens.

 

  1. Click on the area in the document where you want the picture.

 

  1. Choose Edit and click on Paste.

 

  1. Your picture will appear.

 

  1. If the picture is too large, click on the picture and a very small box will appear in the corner of the picture.

 

  1. Place the cursor over the small box until you see a double ended arrow.

 

  1. Click on the arrow and hold your finger down.

 

  1. Now drag the cursor into the picture.  When you release your finger from the mouse, the picture will appear smaller.

 

  1. If you are happy with your picture, click File and Save As

 

  1. Next to File Name, type A:

 

  1. Click Enter

 

  1. Next to File Name, type a name for your document.

 

  1. Click Save to save to your 3 ½ Floppy (A:) disk.
