1. Find out if Design Drafting at GRCC is right for you.

You might be interested if you enjoy drawing, designing, machining, engineering, and bringing ideas to life. Learn more about Design Drafting degrees, related occupations and salary ranges. [PDF]

2. Enroll in DT100, DT101, and DT105

If you are considering pursuing a degree in Design Drafting Technology you should enroll in DT100, DT101, and DT105.  DT105 is only available fall and spring quarters.

3. Meet with an Instructor

We encourage you to meet  with a drafting instructor for advising. Please contact either Terry Waagan or Felix Serna in order to set up an appointment.

Instructors can help generate a plan of study based on your personal schedule, compass test results, and desired discipline. Depending on how your schedule is structured, you may also earn several certificates in your pursuit of the degree.
