How to .... Guides: How to shut down your computer

1.      Quit the program with which you are working.

      2.      Close any another open programs. 

3.      Remove your disk or CD Rom. 

4.      Click “Start” 

5.      Click “Shut Down” 

6.      Make sure Shut down is highlighted, if it isn’t  click on it and choose Shut down 

7.      In the pop-up screen, click “Ok” 

8.      Wait to make sure the computer turns off. 

9.      If you computer screen is dirty, spray it with cleaner and wipe it with a towel. 

10.  Wrap the cord around the headphones. 

11.    Place your chair nicely under the computer table.
