Heavier Than Air - Summer Stock Theatre Camp

Green River Community College's popular Heavier Than Air Summer Stock Theatre Camp offers a unique opportunity for children, ages three through seventeen, to participate in a "hands-on" theater experience through rehearsals and performances. Under the direction of GRCC's professional children's theatre staff, students learn about auditioning, vocal projection, movement, improvisation, acting, dancing and singing. All camps meet in the Performing Arts Building.

2009 Summer Camp Information
Parent information packets will be mailed out prior to camp. A parent meeting is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2009, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the P.A. Building. Camp will start Monday, June 29, 2009 and continue Monday through Thursday. Camp culminates with performances Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, July 30, 31, and August 1 and 2, 2009. There is an all-cast family BBQ on Sunday, August 2 between performances.

Activities Camp
Ages: 6 to 10 years old Dates: June 29 to July 30 Time: Noon to 2:00 p.m. This camp is intended for Primary Campers needing extended care. This program is arts, crafts, exercise, games and play.
