Work that is done with your classmates in class will be collected and
reviewed at the time of each midterm. You should complete this work and file it in a three-ring
binder, in chronological order. If you miss a class, you may complete the work
on your own to catch up. Links to the handouts are provided below. Note,
however, the in-class work is designed to both introduce you to new
concepts and ideas, and to prepare you for the midterms. Students who miss a lot
of class generally do not perform well on the midterms.
