Welcome to the home page of Marianne Jacobs, Ph.D., RN. I am an
anthropology instructor at Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington.
I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of
Washington and have taught at several community colleges and at the University
of Washington, Tacoma, for many years.
I teach the following courses at
Green River: Introduction to Anthropology, Physical Anthropology, Cultural
Anthropology, North American Indians, Northwest Coast Indian Cultures,
Nuu-Chah-Nulth Studies, Introduction to Medical Anthropology and Introduction to
Anthropology of Religion.
