Art in Math
Art in Math Project is collaborative team effort of Art and Math Instructors from Green River Community College, Tahoma, Kent, Enumclaw, Auburn, and Renton School Districts. The mission and goals are to focus on curriculum integration of the following disciplines:
- Graphic Arts/Math -explore the mathematics behind the creation of a video game
- Music (Sound)/Math - explore the mathematical modeling of music
- Ceramics/Math - math applications in the art of casting glass

Art in Math Project was built upon the Project TIME (Transitions in Math Education) existing partnerships with school districts and its experience with creating mathematical modules for the senior math course.
