About Me
In 1990, I graduated from North Kitsap High School in Poulsbo, Washington. After earning my AA degree at Lower Columbia Community College in Longview, Washington, I transferred to St. Martin's College in Lacey, Washington. There, I earned a BA in Mathematics. During my 4 years of college, I played basketball and tutored students in math. In 1994, I moved to Bellingham to work on my master's degree in mathematics. Two years later, with my MS degree in hand, I landed a job at Green River. I have been teaching here ever since.
In 2003, I began to work with the women's basketball team as an assistant coach under Coach Pete Finlon. When Coach Finlon stepped down in 2005, I took over as the head women's basketball coach at Green River. In 2007, I walked away from coaching to spend more time with my family. I hope to coach again someday.
I live in Sumner with my son, Jackson and twins, Cooper and Madison. In my free time, I enjoy.....who am I kidding; I don't have free time! If I find some, I enjoy playing/watching basketball or soccer, watching movies, and hanging out with my family and friends.
