Evaluate Your
Instructor
We at Green River would
like you to take a few minutes to complete an evaluation of your
instructor. Feedback we receive from our students is very
important to us and we use it to improve the quality of our
instruction. When you click on the link below you will be taken
to a login page. On that page, you will be asked to login using
your student ID number and class for which you are registered.
Identifying information is only used to verify you are registered
in the class and have not already completed the form. It will not
be stored and the instructor will not have access to it so you can
be assured of complete anonymity. As with instructor evaluations
that are done on campus the instructor will not see the results
until next quarter. Thank you for your time.

out the form
