You will need to view the PowerPoint presentation, "Stress Management Narrative"  Be sure and take notes as key concepts will be included in your next test.  I encourage you to pay close attention to the areas that cause stress, the physical symptoms of stress, and the ways to manage stress.

You do not submit any assignments to me for this unit - but again, you will need to know the material contained within the PPT presentation for your next exam.
