The report also contains the following:
- Certification Date - Date BAT cerification was issued
- Current Professional Growth Reporting Period - You must pass the BAT professional growth examination within these dates.
- Professional Growth Examination Passed Date - If you have met the requirement for the current period, the report will show your completion date. If you have not met the requirement this field will be blank.
Effective January 1, 2013 purveyors must only accept test reports from certified BATS that have passed Washington's practical examination under University of Southern California's 10th Edition field test procedures. BATs on the list below have NOT passed the practical examination under the 10th Edition field test procedures.
