Melva Timm received her B.S. in Biology from Western Washington University and has worked in the wastewater field for twenty years. Her duties have ranged from Lab Technician to Plant Supervisor. Melva taught for the Washington Environmental Training Center (WETRC) for ten years before transfering to Water/Wasterwater.
